Indiana Licensed RN Data Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and validation of healthcare and cost data to identify clinical variation
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and identify root causes in care delivery
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana required
- Clinical nursing experience preferred
- Experience with healthcare data analysis and data visualization tools preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software preferred
