Indiana Licensed Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support customer engagement, the full-time Indiana Licensed Sales Support Specialist will conduct consultative sales conversations, assist with enrollment processes, and manage follow-up activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales conversations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Assist customers with enrollment completion and ensure compliance with requirements
• Perform follow-up activities to convert inquiries into sales opportunities

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of equivalent sales experience
• 1+ years of related experience in analyzing and problem-solving for customers
• Must obtain necessary state health/life licensing within 30 days of employment
• Ability to work assigned shifts during operational hours and complete training successfully
