Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and experienced Indiana Licensed Senior Litigation Counsel, this full-time remote position will manage litigation, advise senior leadership on legal policy, and engage in advocacy to support pharmaceutical innovation and access to medicines.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute litigation and policy strategies, advising senior leadership on relevant laws and regulations
- Identify and assess new litigation and advocacy opportunities to advance company objectives
- Manage litigation and government investigations, overseeing outside counsel and coordinating internal efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and J.D. with an active license to practice law
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex litigation, including trial and appellate levels
- Experience with constitutional claims and regulatory challenges
- Demonstrated ability to engage on complex policy issues and master new subject matter quickly
- Proven track record of advising senior leaders and managing client relationships effectively
