Indiana Licensed Senior Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and experienced Indiana Licensed Senior Litigation Counsel, this full-time remote position will manage litigation, advise senior leadership on legal policy, and engage in advocacy to support pharmaceutical innovation and access to medicines.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute litigation and policy strategies, advising senior leadership on relevant laws and regulations
• Identify and assess new litigation and advocacy opportunities to advance company objectives
• Manage litigation and government investigations, overseeing outside counsel and coordinating internal efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. with an active license to practice law
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex litigation, including trial and appellate levels
• Experience with constitutional claims and regulatory challenges
• Demonstrated ability to engage on complex policy issues and master new subject matter quickly
• Proven track record of advising senior leaders and managing client relationships effectively
