Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker-MSW Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial risk factors and provide counseling regarding emotional, social, and financial consequences of illness
• Provide mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention and addiction assessments
• Serve as a liaison with protective teams and assist with complex discharge planning and guardianship issues

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required
• De-escalation certification required within 6 months
• Permanent LSW licensure required; LCSW licensure preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
