Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with no weekends and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver outpatient therapy services via telehealth, focusing on mental health and substance abuse diagnoses

Required qualifications
  • Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as an Indiana Licensed Social Worker
