Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with no weekends and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services via telehealth, focusing on mental health and substance abuse diagnoses
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans aimed at achieving their goals

Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as an Indiana Licensed Social Worker
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Experience with treatment planning and comprehensive assessments in a clinical setting
