Indiana Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth program, an Indiana Licensed Social Worker will provide outpatient services remotely as a full-time employee, working Monday to Friday with a focus on mental health treatment and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services through telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Utilize technology effectively for patient assessments and communication

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker in Indiana
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to maintain a private work-from-home environment compliant with HIPAA standards
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and treatment planning
