Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, an Indiana Licensed Social Worker will provide outpatient services remotely as a full-time employee, working Monday to Friday with a focus on mental health treatment and patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services through telehealth to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Utilize technology effectively for patient assessments and communication
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker in Indiana
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Ability to maintain a private work-from-home environment compliant with HIPAA standards
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
- Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and treatment planning
