Indiana Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Social Worker will provide outpatient services remotely, working Monday through Friday with no weekends, while engaging with clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to clients through telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for communication and patient management

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current Indiana licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
