Indiana Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Indiana Licensed Social Worker to provide outpatient services through a remote telehealth program, focusing on mental health care and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services via telehealth, managing a caseload of clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while utilizing technology effectively

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and current Indiana licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Ability to work from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office
• Fluency in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred
