Job Summary
Leading group therapy sessions, the full-time Indiana Licensed Substance Use Counselor will facilitate discussions, collaborate with care teams, and monitor member progress in a supportive, recovery-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 3-5 one-hour group therapy sessions daily using evidence-based curricula
- Facilitate group discussions and collaborate with prescribers and recovery coaches
- Engage in community outreach to promote the organization's mission
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's level degree preferred
- Indiana behavioral health licensure or certification such as LADC, CADC, or LCSW
- Minimum of two years' experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting
- Access to reliable internet and technology for telehealth services
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
