Job Summary
Leading dynamic group therapy sessions, the full-time Indiana Licensed Substance Use Counselor will facilitate 3-5 one-hour sessions daily, collaborate with care teams, and support a positive recovery environment while engaging in community outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Lead structured group therapy sessions using evidence-based curricula, including evening sessions
- Facilitate discussions and monitor member progress while documenting outcomes
- Collaborate with prescribers and recovery coaches to enhance member care
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Indiana behavioral health licensure or certification (e.g., LADC, CADC, LCSW)
- Minimum two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting
- Access to reliable internet and technology proficiency with EMR and telehealth software
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week as needed
