Job Summary

Providing compassionate, evidence-based care remotely, the full-time Indiana Licensed Talk Therapist will manage a caseload of clients, ensuring a minimum of 25 sessions weekly while utilizing modern clinical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth sessions to a diverse range of clients, including couples and children
• Maintain availability for client sessions and contribute to measurable client progress
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in monthly case consultations

Required qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in Indiana as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Availability for a minimum of 30 hours weekly to accommodate client sessions
• Experience as a behavioral health generalist with a willingness to treat various client demographics
• Proficiency in using telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) tools
• Commitment to being a positive contributor within a clinical team environment
