Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized virtual instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with IDEA and Indiana educational standards
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families in a remote setting

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana teaching license with a Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) endorsement
• Minimum of 2 years of onsite experience working with DHH students
• Proficiency in ASL and/or other communication methods used by DHH students
• Comfortable with digital tools and virtual instruction platforms
• Must have a distraction-free home workspace and a reliable internet connection
