Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Telehealth Patient Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments by phone to determine needs for incontinence supplies
• Completes 20-25 assessments daily with a focus on accuracy and documentation of medical history
• Identifies appropriate product needs and obtains prior authorization for requests outside standard formulary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current Registered Nursing License (RN) in the State of Indiana
• 2+ years of nursing experience demonstrating patience and compassion
• Proficient in using multiple databases and computer systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance guidelines
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred
