Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Triage Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage symptom-based encounters with patients via phone or video, utilizing evidence-based protocols
• Evaluate patient concerns to determine the need for emergency care, medical appointments, or self-care recommendations
• Provide health education, medication assistance, and facilitate next steps in patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of a School of Nursing; BSN preferred
• Current, active RN license; must hold or apply for a compact license
• Minimum of five years' experience as a registered nurse
• Previous experience in emergency department or telephone triage is desired
• Proficiency in using computers and electronic medical records
