Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Triage Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triages patient symptoms via phone or video using evidence-based protocols
• Evaluates patient concerns to determine the need for emergency care or follow-up appointments
• Provides health education, medication assistance, and navigational support within the healthcare system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of a School of Nursing; BSN preferred
• Current, active RN license with a compact license or application for Nurse Licensure Compact
• Minimum of five years of experience as a registered nurse
• Previous emergency department or telephone triage experience is desired
• Experience with electronic medical records and computer systems
