Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Triage Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triages patient calls, managing symptom-based encounters using evidence-based protocols
• Evaluates patient concerns to determine the need for emergency care or medical appointments
• Provides health education, medication assistance, and navigates patients through the healthcare system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of a School of Nursing; BSN preferred
• Current, active RN license and compact license eligibility
• Minimum of five years' experience as a registered nurse
• Previous experience in emergency department or telephone triage preferred
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and computer systems
