Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time PRN Therapist will provide telehealth services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and utilize evidence-based approaches to develop and update treatment plans for the senior population in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to provide services to seniors
• Fill in via telehealth when the full-time therapist is on PTO, focusing on group therapy, individual sessions, and family therapy as needed
• Ensure compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within designated time-frames

Required qualifications

• Indiana licensure in Social Work or Counseling (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is required
• Ability to work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life
