Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Indiana Licensed Therapist will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload while being compensated weekly for completed sessions and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes for clients without the need for billing or claims work
- Maintain an independent practice while adhering to state licensing requirements
Required qualifications
- Active Indiana state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH# for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Commitment to providing therapy-focused services without marketing or outreach responsibilities
- Availability to average 30 hours per week for health insurance stipend eligibility (full-time caseloads)
