Indiana Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Outpatient Triage-PRN-Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone nursing care including post-op care and urgent patient needs
• Act as a liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring quality care is delivered efficiently
• Follow the Nursing Process for patient assessment and dispositioning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA; advanced certifications may be required
• 5+ years of nursing experience required; 2 years in an ambulatory setting preferred
