Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Indiana Licensed Women's Mental Health Therapist will provide individual tele-therapy sessions, conduct psychological intakes, and develop care plans for patients, working remotely as a contractor for 10-30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual tele-therapy to patients using FamilyWell's virtual platform
- Conduct psychological intakes and document patient progress, sharing recommendations with other professionals
- Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, ensuring timely interventions for patients needing specialized care
Required qualifications
- Active Indiana mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to practice independently
- Formal training or at least 1 year of clinical experience in perinatal or menopause mental health
- Preferred certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) or treatment of the Peri/Menopause population
