Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Workplace Health and Safety RN will provide telephonic triage for employee incidents, managing care plans and coordinating access to healthcare services during the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Central Time shifts, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Assess employee needs and eligibility for services, ensuring timely case progression
- Act as the primary contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to care and service access
- Monitor employee progress and maintain accurate records of interactions and care plans
Required qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Kansas
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or associate's degree in nursing (ADN)
- 2+ years of related nursing experience, preferably in ER, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
