Job Summary

To support the expansion of a leading national firm, the full-time Managing Attorney - Creditors' Rights in Indiana will oversee a high-volume creditors' rights and foreclosure caseload, manage and grow the firm's operations, and supervise staff while collaborating with firm leadership in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and growing the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations
  • Handle and oversee a high-volume creditors' rights and foreclosure caseload
  • Supervise paralegals and support staff while ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of creditors' rights experience
  • Deep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements within the Indiana market
  • Working knowledge of Indiana and federal consumer protection statutes
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
