Job Summary

Providing front-line support to Indiana Medicaid providers and trading partners, the full-time remote Claims EDI Helpdesk Representative will manage inquiries related to electronic claims submissions, troubleshoot EDI issues, and document interactions in tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding EDI claim submissions and processing issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI formats and transactions
  • Document all interactions and collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or healthcare claims processing
  • Familiarity with EDI formats (e.g., 837, 999, 277CA) and Medicaid claims systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
