Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims EDI Helpdesk Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from providers and trading partners regarding EDI claim submissions and processing issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic data interchange (EDI) formats and transactions
  • Document all interactions and collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or healthcare claims processing
  • Familiarity with EDI formats (e.g., 837, 999, 277CA) and Medicaid claims systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk ticketing systems
