Job Summary

Analyzing and evaluating loan files for compliance, the full-time remote Indiana Mortgage Loan Processor II will validate income and asset documentation, perform appraisal reviews, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure loans are processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and analyze income and asset documentation to ensure compliance with investor guidelines
• Perform initial appraisal reviews and validate appraisals against requirements
• Run Automated Underwriting System (AUS) engines and ensure all documentation meets investor requirements prior to underwriting submission

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Over three (3) to five (5) years of mortgage processing or related experience
• Experience with government and/or conventional loan processing
