Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Clinical Educator (Risk Adjustment).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Documentation programs and ensure timely reporting
• Conduct weekly touch points with providers to support documentation and Risk Adjustment initiatives
• Analyze documentation trends and recommend improvements to ensure accurate coding and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• Resident of Indiana or Ohio
• 3+ years of clinical practice experience in a provider/MD office setting
• Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
