Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations in a remote capacity, the full-time System Nursing Call Center Manager will manage triage nursing, medication management, and clinical referral review while leading a team of 27 direct reports to ensure high standards of patient care and resource management across the statewide nursing call center.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage clinical workflows and resource allocation for service-line-specific patient care
  • Ensure seamless continuity of care and maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards
  • Adapt to accountability needs of the program to enhance patient and provider experiences
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN License
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA, with quarterly RQI completion
  • Completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year of eligibility
