Job Summary
As a full-time remote position, the System Nursing Call Center Manager for Adult Primary Care Triage will manage daily operations, oversee clinical workflows, and ensure high-quality patient care while leading a remote team of nursing professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of patient care and resource management within the nursing call center
- Ensure seamless continuity of care and adherence to safety and efficiency standards
- Foster a collaborative team environment and apply personnel policies consistently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in nursing leadership
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN License
- Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA, with quarterly RQI completion required
