Job Summary
A company is looking for an SBL Business Development Officer to manage and originate a profitable portfolio of SBA loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with external referral sources for new SBA loan transactions
- Manage loan origination processes, including document collection and financial analysis
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in originating SBA loans
- Strong sales acumen and ability to market and network effectively
- Understanding of SBA SOP and loan eligibility requirements
- Knowledge of credit underwriting and loan analysis
