Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBL Business Development Officer to manage and originate a profitable portfolio of SBA loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with external referral sources for new SBA loan transactions
  • Manage loan origination processes, including document collection and financial analysis
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of experience in originating SBA loans
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to market and network effectively
  • Understanding of SBA SOP and loan eligibility requirements
  • Knowledge of credit underwriting and loan analysis
