Job Summary

- Manage a team responsible for acquiring new business customers for Internet, Voice, and Video services
- Engage with Indirect Partner leadership to maximize revenue and develop account penetration strategies
- Analyze team performance and provide coaching to meet sales quotas and compliance goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in sales management and team leadership
- Ability to develop and implement processes for departmental efficiency
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales best practices
