Indirect Buyer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Indirect Buyer to manage procurement processes and supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement procure-to-pay transactions for indirect purchases and convert requests into purchase orders
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers while ensuring timely delivery and supply assurance
• Evaluate supplier bids, select sources, and negotiate contracts for materials and services

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with purchasing or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of purchasing experience
• Proven negotiation experience and strong computer skills
• Experience with Coupa preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage high-pressure situations
