Indirect Loan Processor

Job Summary

Processing indirect consumer loans remotely, the full-time Indirect Loan Processor will review loan documentation, communicate with auto dealers, and ensure accurate funding in compliance with credit union standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and fund indirect consumer lending products while ensuring documentation accuracy
• Communicate loan stipulations and funding details directly with auto dealers and members
• Conduct telephone interviews and verify applicant information and insurance coverage

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of related consumer loan processing and/or funding experience, including 6 months of indirect experience
• Working knowledge of consumer lending products, documentation, and NCUA lending regulations
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
