Indirect Loan Processor/Funder

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Indirect Loan Processor/Funder will manage the processing and funding of indirect consumer loans, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with auto dealers and members.

Key responsibilities:

• Processes and funds indirect consumer lending products, ensuring compliance with loan stipulations
• Reviews loan documentation for accuracy and conducts interviews to verify applicant information and collateral
• Handles incoming calls from vendors and members, providing information related to loan processing and funding

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of related consumer loan processing and/or funding experience, including 6 months of indirect experience
• Working knowledge of consumer lending products, documentation, policies, and NCUA lending regulations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members and external parties
