Indirect Operations Buyer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Indirect Operations Buyer to manage global procurement strategies for indirect spending.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for global indirect spend
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement processes across relevant legal entities
• Establish and manage relationships with strategic suppliers and support the SAP implementation project

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries
• Specific Buyer know-how and SAP experience are essential
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with analytical and strategic procurement systems is desirable
