Indirect Procurement Buyer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Indirect Procurement Buyer to support procurement activities and category strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities including category analysis and supplier list development
• Assist with RFx creation, bid analysis, and negotiations
• Review contract terms to ensure supplier performance and manage overall indirect procurement spend

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Strategic Sourcing focused on indirect spend categories
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with project management concepts
• Experience with Workday or Salesforce (CLM Software) is a plus
