Indirect Procurement Lead

Job Summary

Owning and scaling the indirect procurement operations, the full-time Indirect Procurement Lead will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management, while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the procurement lifecycle for indirect spend, from intake to vendor management
• Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate vendors and shape sourcing strategies
• Administer Groq's Zip procurement platform, optimizing workflows and user access

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
• Proven track record in managing the full procurement lifecycle and negotiating vendor agreements
• Experience with procurement platforms, preferably Zip, and understanding of accounts payable processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment is preferred
