Indirect Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories
• Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor supplier performance for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with indirect procurement exposure
• Experience in leading sourcing initiatives and negotiating supplier agreements
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for evaluating supplier proposals
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems for purchasing and supplier management
