Job Summary

A company is looking for an Indirect Sales Channel Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage order fulfillment, contracts, and order entries for wholesale customers
  • Serve as the primary contact for agents regarding the agent portal and onboarding processes
  • Support documentation and order entry processes, ensuring timely communication with agents and wholesale providers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 2+ years of business-to-business customer service and/or sales experience
  • 1+ years of experience in communications or a technology-based field
  • Experience in a sales or agent/wholesale environment is a plus
  • Extensive experience with computer applications such as Salesforce or similar CRM
