Job Summary
A company is looking for an Indirect Sales Channel Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage order fulfillment, contracts, and order entries for wholesale customers
- Serve as the primary contact for agents regarding the agent portal and onboarding processes
- Support documentation and order entry processes, ensuring timely communication with agents and wholesale providers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of business-to-business customer service and/or sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in communications or a technology-based field
- Experience in a sales or agent/wholesale environment is a plus
- Extensive experience with computer applications such as Salesforce or similar CRM
