Indirect Spend Manager

Job Summary

Indirect Spend Manager leads the development and execution of strategic category plans and sourcing initiatives for Indirect Spend categories in a full-time, exempt position, focusing on supplier relationships, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex sourcing events and category strategies
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance through KPIs
• Provide mentorship and guidance to procurement professionals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Experience managing Indirect spend categories such as operations and IT
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or mentoring procurement professionals
• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
