Indirect Tax Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Indirect Tax Accountant- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and use tax compliance, including preparation and filing of returns and property tax renditions
• Maintain exemption certificate records and research SALT queries for compliance
• Assist with audits and provide SALT-related advisory support to various departments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in indirect tax and general ledger accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Excel, and Word is preferred
• Experience with indirect tax tools such as Vertex or Avalara
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in multi-disciplinary teams
