Indirect Tax Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Corporate Tax team, the full-time remote Indirect Tax Specialist will manage annual reports, business licenses, and exemption certificate requests while ensuring compliance with sales and use tax regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and file annual reports and business licenses
• Assist with monthly sales and use tax compliance responsibilities
• Manage exemption certificate requests from vendors and customers

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, tax/finance, or a related field
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
• Experience with SAP or tax engines is a plus
