Indirect Tax Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and ambitious individual, the full-time remote Indirect Tax Specialist will manage annual reports, business licenses, and exemption certificate requests while maintaining internal business relationships for the transactional tax function.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file annual reports and business licenses
• Assist with monthly sales and use tax compliance responsibilities
• Manage all exemption certificate requests from vendors and customers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, customer service, tax/finance, or relevant experience
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
• SAP or tax engine experience is a plus
