Individual Giving Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Individual Giving Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising efforts to secure gifts from individual donors, focusing on growing the $10,000+ donor network
• Develop and execute individual donor plans, integrate giving strategies into overall fundraising plans, and manage annual giving campaigns
• Strengthen and expand the organization's portfolio of individual donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of fundraising management experience, including direct donor solicitation and securing major gifts
• Demonstrated ability to grow organizational giving and expand donor base
• Experience in implementing individual giving identification, cultivation, and solicitation strategies
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of and dedication to African wildlife conservation
