Job Summary

Optimize CRM for donor engagement and collaborate on fundraising campaigns
Contribute to fundraising team planning and represent the organization at events

Required Qualifications:

Proven track record of achieving nonprofit revenue targets
Experience with CRMs, email automation software, and fundraising in an online environment
Ability to learn new technology and prioritize donor privacy
Capacity for self-starting and persistence
Willingness to travel for in-person events
