Key Responsibilities

Develop capital cost estimates for heavy civil/marine type projects
Review contractor proposals for various procurement types and validate change orders
Interface with external clients and maintain organized project records and logs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
10-15 years of estimating and construction experience in industrial settings
Proficient use of MS Office products and estimating software(s)
US Citizenship
