Key Responsibilities

Conducts formal negotiations and administers complex industry-sponsored project agreements
Negotiates intellectual property and publication rights, and drafts Material Transfer Agreements
Advises client groups on contract terms and resolves complex contractual issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
2+ years of relevant experience or additional related education
Advanced ability to draft and negotiate industry research agreements
Thorough understanding of intellectual property and licensing issues
Experience in contracts and grants administration
