Industrial Control Systems Support
Job Summary
Providing essential Tier 1 support for industrial control systems, the remote INCS Support Specialist I will troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and monitor operational technology environments across designated shifts, ensuring seamless operations in manufacturing and industrial settings.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for INCS-related incidents and service requests, logging and tracking support tickets
- Perform initial triage and troubleshooting for industrial networks and associated systems, including PLCs and SCADA
- Document incidents and resolutions, assist with routine system checks, and ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity protocols
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or field service roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Basic understanding of industrial control systems and operational technology
- Familiarity with industrial networking fundamentals and Windows-based systems
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are preferred
