Job Summary
To support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Industrial Cybersecurity Expert will analyze regulatory requirements, develop cybersecurity processes, and train teams to ensure compliance, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing requirements engineering by specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing cybersecurity requirements
- Shaping a unified requirements engineering concept and implementing it across the organization
- Collaborating with various teams to drive the rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification
- Expertise in requirements engineering, particularly in OT or product security, with experience using tools like Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS
- Experience in defining and training cybersecurity processes within an enterprise organization
- Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards such as IEC 62443, CRA, and NERC CIP
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
