Industrial Designer

Job Summary

Specializing in permanent in-store display solutions, the full-time remote Industrial Designer will take 3D renderings from concept to production, ensuring designs are high-quality, cost-competitive, and technically sound while collaborating with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate 3D renderings into technical drawings, ensuring structural integrity and manufacturability for permanent fixtures
• Select and optimize materials based on customer requirements, durability, and cost-effectiveness
• Work with the production team to produce, review, and test prototypes, creating detailed assembly instructions for final production displays

Required Qualifications

• A.S., B.S., or BFA in Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• 10-15 years of experience in POP display engineering, specifically with permanent displays
• Proficiency in 3D software such as SolidWorks or Fusion
• Portfolio demonstrating POP-driven concepts utilizing permanent materials
• Recent and ongoing continued education with SolidWorks updates
