A company is looking for an Industrial Engineer - Recruitment Process Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze current recruitment workflows to identify inefficiencies
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for online testing platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Develop dashboards to monitor key recruitment metrics and implement workflow automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in process optimization or industrial engineering, preferably in HR or recruitment operations
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and experience with ATS platforms
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python/R
• Experience in project management and driving initiatives from concept to execution
